Prism Publication

Terms

The actual terms for using this site, not a generic template. This describes what submitting, paying, and testing an ad here actually means. Questions: [email protected].

What is this service?

Prism Publication matches a labeled ad card to a chat question, only when the question is already about that product. Advertisers submit a creative for review. Approved creatives can be tested live on run-ads and, separately, wired into independent chatbots via the SDK.

The $5.00 submission fee

Submitting a campaign for review costs a flat $5.00, paid via PayPal at the time of submission. This covers the review of that campaign and unlimited testing of the approved creative on run-ads. It is not a payment for guaranteed approval, and it is not the price of running a live campaign on a real chatbot -- that's billed separately, described below. The fee is charged once payment is confirmed by PayPal; a submission is only created after that confirmation.

Review and approval

A person reviews every submission against the category and content rules on ad submission. Submissions in an already-approved category (fitness, sleep tools, productivity) clear an automated first pass but are still reviewed. Any other category, or any submission that raises a concern, waits for manual review. Prism Publication can reject a submission, or ask for a rewrite, at its own discretion, most often for the reasons listed on the ad submission page (impersonating the assistant, weapons, explosives, political campaigning, gambling on wellness bots, alcohol or adult products without age-gating, or medical/legal advice sold as a bot recommendation).

Billing for a live campaign

Running an approved campaign on a real, integrated chatbot is billed separately from the $5.00 submission fee. The unit (cost per click or cost per rendered impression) and the rate are agreed with you directly after review -- there is no public rate card, and no card means no bill. See ad submission for how matching and disclosure work.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by PayPal. This site never receives or stores your card number or PayPal login. What we keep is PayPal's confirmation that a payment was made, and the amount -- see Privacy.

What you're responsible for

The accuracy of what you submit. The brand name, description, and destination URL must accurately represent what you're advertising, and the destination must be a real, working, https page. Every card discloses your brand or product name -- never Prism's -- so the assistant's reply still has to make sense if the card is removed.

No guarantees

This service is provided as-is. An approved campaign is not guaranteed to match any particular question, generate any particular volume, or produce any particular result. Matching depends on the actual similarity between a real question and your creative -- that's the whole point of the system, not a limitation of it. Prism Publication is not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunity, or any indirect damages arising from use of this service.

Changes

These terms, the approved category list, and the fee may change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any dispute arising from use of this service will be handled under Israeli law.
