Your bot already talks. Teach it when to act.
Prism Signals scores every chatbot turn for intent, confidence, emotion, decision stage, topic, and safety, then recommends what to do next. Built for teams that already shipped an LLM, including customer support and in-product assistants. Partner offers are optional when the moment is right.
How Prism Signals works
- Send the last few turns — call POST /api/signals/score with recent messages using your SDK key.
- Get signals and an action — heuristics always run; optional LLM upgrade per bot for hybrid scoring.
- Wire the action into your stack — clarify, retrieve, escalate, change tone, recommend, or optionally show an offer.
Who Signals is for
Customer support bots, in-product assistants, and coaching or lifestyle bots that already run LLMs and need turn-level judgment.
Optional marketplace
When the recommended action is offer and you opt in, Prism can return a contextual partner suggestion. Publishers can also monetize conversations through the existing ad marketplace.
